The Plan
Some of you may be aware of the FCO mailing list. I am assuming that the list started somewhere around 1996 when the first FCO reunion was set held in Red Deer. By the second FCO reunion, which was held in Lethbridge in 1998, the list had grown to close to 800. I understand that the list currently exceeds 1,000 names.
You can appreciate the potential cost involved with a mass mailing of 1000 reunion invitation packages. (I certainly can). As a result of this situation, I understand that the Committee will be mailing out a questionnaire (on or about 15 March) which will basically be asking two major questions. (1) Do you plan to attend the third FCO reunion in North Bay, and – if not – would you like your name to remain on the FCO mailing list?
I am assuming that there will be a cut off date for replies, and I am further assuming that anyone who indicates an intent to attend will eventually receive a registration package
Updates
We will provide updated information and detail as it is made available to us. It is hoped to be able to provide additional detail pertaining to the Committee members such as email addresses or telephone numbers. In the mean time – please make use of the FCO Reunion message area to communicate your questions or concerns.
