North Bay, Ontario


Like many other FCO's, Ron Guy attended the 3rd FCO Reunion which was held at North Bay in August, 2000. Ron decided to take advantage of his time in Ontario, and he managed to visit the remains of the 446 SAM Bomarc Squadron site as well as the NORAD Control Centre in North Bay.

He also visited the remains of the Pinetree Line radar stations which were located at Falconbridge and Lac St. Denis. Fortunately for us, he took his camera with him, and he has made many photos available to the Pinetree Line web site. Our thanks to Ron Guy for his thoughts and for providing the photos which should bring back a number of memories.
