No. 2 Radar Detachment
Bell Lake, Nova Scotia

This station was constructed at the same time as Preston. The radar gear was of British design. Airmen from Preston were involved in its construction and at one point the tower collapsed and one airman was killed and Clarence O'Grady was injured. He was later killed while travelling in a jeep in Holland. Bell Lake had a close association with the air base at Dartmouth.
